We contacted Traci shortly after my daughter started college following the pandemic.  Due to the isolating effects of COVID, my daughter’s teenage anxiety issues festered and then exploded.  The biggest issue by far was test anxiety which was quickly having a negative impact on the academic & social aspects of her college life. While campus counselors were working with her, it just wasn’t enough.  I was very concerned she would have to drop out which would have devastated her.  She needed help much faster.  Over several weeks Traci helped her develop various tools to look at and manage her anxiety.  It’s not gone and maybe never will be but because of the techniques Traci showed her, she made tremendous progress and continues to.  She also learned she can have control over her life and how to prevent her anxiety from interfering. That’s an unbelievable gift.
