What You Focus On Is What You Get

The body responds perfectly to every suggestion you give it. When you hear someone constantly saying, “that’s such a pain in my neck” don’t be surprised to find they suddenly have a pain in their neck! Think about what suggestions you might be giving yourself.
We can use this knowledge to ensure our languaging is in line with what we want to happen, not what we don’t want. For example, instead of focusing on, “I’m so anxious,” try “I am calm. My body is comfortable and loose. I am in control of my emotions.”
Bottom line: It is very important to be mindful of your thoughts and language, then replace the negative with the reversal & keep your thoughts positive!
