My name is Traci Rosen Blank and I am a medical support clinical hypnotherapist committed to help you live your best life. I strongly believe I can help you achieve your goals through hypnotherapy because I use hypnotherapy to live my authentic life and achieve my goals everyday.

I started my career in social work, working for the state of New Jersey, helping children with mental and behavioral health issues. I loved my work and enjoyed helping a variety of different people through my day job, as well as through life coaching on my off hours.

As with many people in social work, I over worked myself to the point where I began having physical symptoms of my stresses and ended up in the hospital. The doctors initially thought my symptoms reflected a diagnosis of MS. Eventually, they came to the conclusion that this was physical symptoms of anxiety. After much work with psychologists and medications, I sought the help of a hypnotherapist. At my first session, my physical symptoms began to subside, and by my fifth session, I never had another panic attack again. I decided hypnotherapy was the path for me to help others.

I trained for 6 months one-on-one with a hypnotherapist in NYC to become certified first as a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) through the National Guild of Hypnotists. Then, deciding I wanted to be among the top in the hypnosis field, I graduated as a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist (CMS-CHt) from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, NM with over 500 hours of training. Most schools only offer training of 40-100 hours of weekend training to obtain certification. The Hypnotherapy Academy of America is a licensed hypnotherapy school, recognized worldwide and has one of the most comprehensive training programs offered in hypnosis. The hypnosis techniques I learned in the school are currently being used in clinical studies through the National Institute of Health. I am currently a Fellow on the International Board of Hypnotherapy (FIBH).

After completing my training, I worked for a year as a hypnotherapist for the Chambers Center for Wellbeing at Morristown Hospital in Morristown, NJ. This experience enabled me to work with a variety of different clients in the hospital setting in an adjunctive role with their health care team. Now, with my own clients, I work with their doctors and other medical professionals to give them the best care possible on all levels.

My combination of personal experience with hypnotherapy for my own anxiety, as well as my in depth training in hypnotherapy makes me uniquely able to help my clients reach success in their own goals. The best way to discover if hypnotherapy is right for you is to call and discuss how it can help you today.
